There was little room for improvement on the 2005 RX 330 but Lexus managaed to take its level of design and performance excellence to another level with the introduction of the 2006 Lexus RX 330. The 2006 330 performs better than its predecessors and the all-wheel drive makes it a versatile vehicle for rough terrain.
The '06 RX 330 is undoubtedly better in performance when compared to the RX 300. The 3.3-liter V6 engine and the automatic 5-speed transmission still perform optimally to deliver a modest horsepower of 230hp and a corresponding torque of 242lb-ft. The increased power made the RX 330 capable of towing up to 3500 pounds.
The 2006 Lexus RX 330 has great acceleration, propelling it from 0-60mph in 7.8 seconds The t front-wheel drive model performs great but the all-wheel drive version is better tuned for all-terrain performance. Leather upholstry, 17” alloy wheels, a power moonroof and tire-pressure monitor are a few of the features that deserve mention.
